1. The petitioners are directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Dhiraj Trevedi, Ld. D.S.G.I who would represent the Narcotics Control Bureau in this case. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authority.

2. The petitioners have approached this Court with an innocuous prayer that they are in custody since 30th January 2022 and there could not be any progress in the case only because some of the accused persons are absconding.

3. As the present petitioners are in custody and the trial Court is undergoing the process of exhausting directions upon the police authorities for compelling appearance of the accused persons who are absconding, I direct the Learned Trial Court, in such circumstances to complete the process, segregate and split up the trial of the case and proceed with the trial after framing of the charges in respect of the accused persons who are in custody and are physically produced on regular dates fixed by the Learned Trial Court.

4. All efforts be made to progress with the trial of the case by segregating and splitting up of the trial from the absconding accused persons.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the revisional application being 2687 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of.

6. Pending application, if any, is also disposed of.
