1. A case was registered after an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C was filed by the father of the victim.

2. We have read the statement made in the said application along with the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C, wherefrom the name of the petitioner has been transpired. The father of the victim and the victim directly implicating the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

4. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
