The petitioner is aggrieved by the manner in which his representation has been considered. 3.

I am afraid that the correctness and legality of the order passed by the Municipal Commissioner cannot be looked into by this Court sitting in contempt jurisdiction.

It will be open for the petitioner to approach the competent forum for relief, if so advised. 5.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
