(AD 127) (S. Banerjee) Mr. Banshi Badan Maity ... for the petitioner According to the petitioner this is a matter of CPF to GPF. If that be so, the following order is passed. The petitioner prays for arrear pension for conversion of his account from CPF to GPF. The petitioner has been given pension from the date of deposit of the entire money which was paid to the petitioner against his CPF. But the pension is given only from date of refund of money. The petitioner is entitled to get pension from the date following his date of retirement. Therefore, arrear pension should be given within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. However, the petitioner has submitted that he does not want any interest on the arrear pension amount. With the above observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.
