Younush Mondal ...for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the father and is directed against an order dated January 17, 2025 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, First Track Court - 2, Barasat in Misc. Case (Act-III) No. 113 of 2022. By the said order the prayer of the opposite party for adjournment was allowed and June 12, 2025 was fixed for hearing of the case as a last chance.

After some argument learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that liberty may be given to the petitioner to approach the learned trial judge for appropriate reliefs as the opposite party is violating the order dated August 21, 2023.

In the light of the submission made by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, CO 2726 of 2025 stands disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to take necessary steps in accordance with law before the appropriate forum.
