The writ petition is disposed of directing the District Judge, Purba Medinipur to complete the enquiry which had been initiated earlier and publish the report. Such report shall be supplied to the respective parties.

It is expected that the enquiry should be completed within three months from date. This court has not gone into the merit of the allegations and counter-allegations of the parties.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
