1. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this application became infructuous due to passage of time.

2. The learned Counsel for the State has submitted that the petitioner has violated the order dated 21st August, 2024 in leaving the jurisdiction without the permission of the jurisdictional court.

3. We are not required to go into the question as no application for anticipatory bail is pending before us. Since the petitioner is not willing to proceed with the matter, we dismiss this application without giving any leave to file afresh on the self-same cause of action.

4. Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2024 is dismissed.
