The Report dated 08.05.2023 received from the Sub-Inspector, Madhyamgram Police Station, District Barasat states that appellant i.e. Biman Roy chowdhury has expired on 18.06.2019 supported by a death certificate issued by the Madhyamgram Municipality as authenticated in accordance to their records. The said report along with death certificate be kept on record.
