It appears that the Howrah Municipal Corporation has partially demolished the second floor of the subject structure.

The Corporation intends to demolish the unauthorised construction on the ground and the first floor.

It will be open for the Corporation to take steps against any unauthorised construction in accordance with law.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
