1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses implicate the petitioner in the murder.

3. In view of the gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

5. We request the Trial Court to consider the issue of framing of charge at the earliest preferably within two months from the next date fixed before the Trial Court without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties and in the event the charge is framed, to proceed with the trial on a dayto-day basis and conclude the same at an early date.
