1. Considering the statement of the injured recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C directly implicating the petitioners for the commission of the alleged offence that had caused the death of one of the victims, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

2. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

3. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
