It appears that the writ petition being WPA No. 18598 of 2017 was dismissed for default by the Court, by dint of the said order dated January 7, 2025. The applicant/petitioner has pleaded the grounds of his innocence and bona fide in the said application whereas the reason for the applicant, not being represented before the Court on the relevant date has been attributed to the inadvertence, though bona fide of the learned conducting advocate.

In view of the grounds shown in the said application and finding those to be substantive and sufficient, the Court finds it proper to allow the present application by

recalling the order of the Court dated January 7, 2025 in WPA No. 18598 of 2017.

Therefore, let the writ petition as above be restored in its original file and number.
