For the State The petitioner prays for a direction upon the 2nd respondent to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner before the State authority for computation of gratuity following his superannuation on 21st March, 2013. The said application is pending since 28th September, 2015.

Having considered the submissions made on behalf of the parties and material on record, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction upon the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the application filed by the petitioner dated 28th September, 2015 within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order after giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the

affected parties including the petitioner, in accordance with law.

W.P.A. 18410 of 2021 is thus disposed of.

I have not gone into the merits of the case and the petitioner is at liberty to take all the points mentioned before this Court, before the Authority.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
