It appears that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner specific case has been registered and charge sheet has been submitted upon completion of investigation. A civil suit is pending between the parties. Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf of the parties this Court is inclined to hold that since the petitioner apprehends threat to his life and property at the behest of the private respondents, the police authority is directed to keep strict vigil in the area in order to avoid any untoward incident and to ensure maintenance of peace and tranquility.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
