... for the State Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that though the petitioners' bail petition has been rejected thrice by this Court the petitioners are in custody for the last more than three years and six months and the trial has yet not concluded. Learned counsel for the state submits that only witness is left to be examined and the matter is fixed for tomorrow before the learned Trial Court.

State is directed positively produce the investigation officers for examination. Learned trial court is requested to conclude the prosecution evidence and further trial as expeditiously as possible.

In view of this learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application with a liberty to file afresh bail application in case the trial does not progress expeditiously.

This petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, duly applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all usual requisite formalities.
