Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. I have considered the material on record. Though the petitioner is not the principal assailant, the material on record implicates him in the alleged offence. Bail prayer of one of the co-accused similarly circumstanced with the petitioner has been turned down by this Court on August 20, 2025.

Considering the gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioner therein, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The bail application is disposed of.
