It appears that the petitioners' complaint dated December 7, 2021 has been enquired into and proceedings under Section 107 and 116 of the Cr. P.C. have been drawn up.

The petitioners have further complained on February 12, 2023 to the Kultali Police Station of assault and intimidation by the private respondents. The police may enquire into the petitioners'

complaint dated February 12, 2023 in accordance with law and take steps.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
