1. This intra-Court appeal filed by the State is directed against the order dated 10th February, 2025 passed by the learned Single Bench in an application filed by the State. The State had moved the said application before the learned Single Bench for recalling of the order dated 5th July, 2024 passed by the learned Single Bench in WPA 16180 of 2024. The learned Single Bench by order dated 10th February, 2025 recalled the order dated 5th July, 2025. Therefore, the learned advocate appearing for the appellant/State submits that nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this appeal. The said submission is placed on record.

2. Accordingly, the appeal and the connected application are disposed of.
