Suchitra Chatterjee v. State Of West Bengal & ORS
W.P.A. 18614 of 2017 rkd 20.02.2023 Ct.15 Suchitra Chatterjee -vsThe State of West Bengal & Ors.
Mr. Jahangir Bhadra ....for the petitioner.
The writ petition is taken up for consideration pursuant to the order dated 13th February, 2023 when again accommodation has been prayed on the ground of the learned advocate representing the petitioner.
It appears vide order dated 3rd February, 2023 this Court directed the learned advocate to obtain instruction as to whether the school where petitioner worked is secondary school or higher secondary school. Subsequently, on 13th February, 2023 simply accommodation was prayed for by another advocate on the ground of the learned advocate representing the petitioner. But no instruction was obtained by the learned advocate representing the petitioner as per order of this Court dated 3rd February, 2023.
Since no instruction has been obtained by the learned advocate representing the petitioner this Court is treating this writ petition related to secondary school and not higher secondary school
upon placing reliance on page 32, Annexure-P4 to this writ petition.
In spite of repeated opportunities previously were given to the petitioner today again adjournment has been prayed for.
It appears that petitioner has lost interest. The writ petition stands dismissed.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
