In the last line of the last paragraph of page 2 of the said order the words 'Director of Local Bodies, West Bengal' shall be replaced by the words 'Principal Secretary, Department of Urban Development & Municipal Affairs'.

Rest of the order remains unaltered.

The department is directed to make necessary correction at once.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
