Order dictated by Partha Sarathi Sen, J.:

On perusal of the entire materials as placed before us it reveals that a similar application for bail in respect of the present accused petitioner has been filed in CRM (NDPS) 902 of 2024. It is reported that the said application is still pending. 2.

Though learned Advocate for the petitioner made an attempt to impress upon us that he would not press the said application, we are not at all impressed with such submission since keeping one application for bail pending, filing of a subsequent application for bail in respect of the self-same petitioner, in our considered view is not justified.

In view of the same, petitioner's prayer for bail is hereby rejected.

CRM (NDPS) 1145 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed.
