Perused the case diary.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of witnesses and the injury report and the fact that proclamation has already been issued against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant the anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
