PP Mr. Saryati Datta ... for the State The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Saryati Datta, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities. Although the present case is under Sections 363/366A of IPC but it has been submitted that a marriage has taken place between the victim and the present accused. The petitioner is directed to produce the marriage certificate before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat, North 24 Parganas. If the learned magistrate is satisfied with the marriage certificate, he would allow the petitioner, if on bail, to continue on the same bail and bond. The learned magistrate, if required, would impose conditions for ensuring further appearance of the present petitioner before the court.

Let the warrant of arrest so issued be kept in abeyance till 30th June, 2023. If the petitioner surrenders and

appears before the court, the learned magistrate would abide by the aforesaid directions. If the petitioner does not appear on 1st July, 2023, the warrant of arrest would be revived. With the observations, CRR 2844 of 2022 is disposed of. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
