Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner had taken loan from the de facto complainant but could not repay. This made the de facto complainant files a false case against the petitioner. The petitioner is 65% disabled in his lower limb.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the case diary and opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. She refers to the money receipts issued by the petitioner. She submits that the petitioner had taken money from several victims on the promise of giving jobs. In fact, fake appointment letters were issued in favour of the victims.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the present petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 2698 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
