The order passed by the Court on 5th April, 2022 is yet to be complied.

It has been submitted by the learned advocate representing the petitioner that an appeal has been carried from the said order but no steps have been taken to proceed with the appeal.

It appears that as on date there is no order staying/vacating/modifying or setting aside the order of this Court. The alleged contemnor is bound to comply the same.

The contempt application is adjourned till 18th January, 2024.

An affidavit-of-compliance shall be filed by the alleged contemnor on the adjourned date.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to communicate this order to the alleged contemnor and to the learned advocate representing the alleged contemnor before the Hon'ble Division Bench.
