None appears on behalf of the appellant nor any accommodation has been prayed for to cure the defects.

It appears from the reports by the Assistant Registrar-II on 11th May, 2016 and on 26th May, 2021 that the order passed by the coordinate Bench on 10th July, 2015 was not complied with. In view thereof the appeal stands dismissed for non-compliance of order dated 10th July, 2015. All interim orders stand vacated.

It has been noticed in dealing with the lawzima matters that in spite of non-compliance of the order as it happens in the instant case with a clear direction for put up the matter for final order, matters are not been placed before the Hon'ble Division Bench under the heading "Lawzima Matters"/ "Final Order". In the instant case this matter appeared after seven years from the date of initial order.

The Registrar Administration (L & O.M.) is

directed to prepare the list of all cases that are required to be placed under the lawzima matters for final order and such list of all cases shall be published in the warning list of cases on 31st January, 2023 with an indication that all such matters shall be transferred to the regular Bench on 3rd February, 2023.

This order shall be immediately communicated to the learned Registrar Administration (L & O.M.) for the doing needful. (Uday Kumar, J.) (Soumen Sen, J.)
