The instant criminal revisional application is pending since 2002 and as such, is required to be disposed of. The instant criminal revisional application has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by an order of acquittal dated 08.07.2002 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 5th Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas acquitting the opposite party Nos. 1,2 and 3.

Despite service of notice, none of the parties apart from the learned advocate for the State are present. Perused the contention of the petitioner as well as the impugned order which is reasoned and this court is not inclined to interfere with the same.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application is dismissed.

Interim order, if any stand vacated.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department as well as trial court for due compliance.
