Learned advocate representing the Kolkata District Primary School Council submits, upon instruction that, the Chairman of the Council does not have any objection to allow the petitioner for admission in the two years D.El.Ed. course for the session 202426, as prayed for. His absence from duty in the school will be treated as study leave for the period starting from the date of admission to the training course till the last date of the course.

The communication of the Chairman is retained with the records.

Be it recorded that the petitioner has applied for obtaining the training for the said course from the Salkia Government sponsored Primary Teachers' Training Institute.

The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of.
