Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wants to withdraw the civil revisional application in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench. To such submission, no objection is raised by learned advocate for the opposite party Nos.1,2,4 and 5, but he submits that he has not been served with the copy of the revisional application which he may need before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, where the actual matter is pending.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of a revisional application to the other side. Since the petitioner is not interested to proceed further with the hearing of the revisional application, the same stand disposed of as withdrawn.

Accordingly, C.O.1981 of 2021 is disposed of as withdrawn.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
