It is submitted by the parties that the Bank particulars of the petitioner have been sought by the respondent Indian Bank.

Counsel for the Bank submits that his client is in process of refunding the money of the petitioner. Let the money of the petitioner, received under a cancelled SARFAESI sale, be refunded to him within a period of seven days from date.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant application shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
