1. A prayer for anticipatory bail is made claiming parity with other co-accused who have been enlarged on anticipatory bail in CRM(A) 1871 of 2024 on 11.06.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the State in opposing the prayer has referred to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. before her death which directly implicating the petitioner.

3. Considering the materials available in the case diary and the injury report, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
