Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that there is inordinate delay in disposal of probate caseNo.1 of 2020 by the learned District Judge, Alipore. Therefore, he prays for necessary direction may be given to the learned District Judge for expeditious disposal of the case.

Learned District Judge, Alipore is requested to dispose of Probate/Letter of Administration Case No.1 of 2020 as early as possible and regard being to the diary maintained by him/her.

Accordingly, C.O.1982 of 2021 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
