Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were falsely implicated. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the victim girl was recovered from the presence of three persons including the petitioner no. 1. The victim girl named the petitioner no. 2 in the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Considering the gravity of the offences, the complicity of the petitioners therein and the materials in the case diary, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. The prayer for bail is, thus, rejected.

CRM 7586 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed.
