Petitioner seeks bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. There was a relationship between the petitioner and the victim. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor draws the attention of the Court to the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as also the order dated April 13, 2021 passed in C.R.M. 826 of 2021.

Considering the gravity of the offences and the complicity of the petitioner therein and the statement recorded under

Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the victim girl and considering the order dated April 13, 2021 passed in C.R.M. 826 of 2021, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. 7587 of 2021 is dismissed.
