The order dated April 03, 2024 passed by the learned District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hooghly in a review application being R.A./1/2024 arising out of Complaint Case No. CC/62/2021 is under challenge in the present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

The order impugned since is appealable under Section 41 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the revisional application is not maintainable, C.O. 2530 of 2024 is dismissed as such without any order as to costs.

It is made clear that this order will not prevent the petitioner to assail the said order before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

Liberty is granted to the learned advocate-onrecord for the petitioner to take back the certified copy of the order impugned upon furnishing a photocopy thereof.

Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
