At the time of call learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that prayer is made in this writ petition for sanction of "A" category scale of pay.

However, during pendency of this writ petition "A" category scale of pay has been sanctioned in favour of the petitioner.

State respondent and District Primary School Council, Kolkata & North Pargans are represented by learned advocates.

In view of aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, writ petition stands disposed of since grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. 5.

However, it is submitted by the learned advocate representing the petitioner that for certain months petitioner has not been paid salary.

If salary is not paid to the petitioner, leave is granted to the petitioner to take necessary steps in accordance with law.
