1. Affidavit of service, as filed, be kept with the record.

2. The petitioner, a student pursuing her B.Sc. degree in Critical Care Technology (CCT), is aggrieved that she has not been given the registration by the University.

3. The University is well within its right and has rightly refused the registration as the petitioner is not a JENPAS qualified candidate and has taken admission in the college without having the eligibility criteria. It was at the time of registration for seat in the semester examination, that the registration of the petitioner was refused by the University, which prompted the petitioner to approach this Court.

4. The college, in spite of several notices served on it, has refused to appear. This refusal is understandable. The college is the main mischief-monger in this matter as it has illegally absorbed the petitioner who did not have the eligibility criteria to pursue the B.Sc. course of Critical Care Technology.

5. The petitioner's remedy will lie against the college in

P a g e | 2 an action for damages, for having wasted a year of her career and the financial loss suffered by her.

6. There is nothing in this writ-petition which warrants adjudication or any sympathy for the petitioner.

7. WPA 17140 of 2025 is accordingly dismissed without any order as to costs.
