The matter is pending since 2013. On the last occasion time was given to the petitioners for service of notice upon the respondents. Sufficient times on several occasions were given. Today also when the matter is called, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. No accommodation is sought. It seems that the petitioner does not want to proceed with the case. Accordingly, revisional application being CRR 1954 of 2013 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
