The petitioner seeks intra-district transfer on his own medical grounds.

In the circumstances, the D.P.S.C., Malda shall obtain the medical opinion of the petitioner from the CMOH, Malda. Upon receipt of the medical opinion of the petitioner and if satisfied, the Chairman, Malda District Primary School Council shall take an appropriate decision thereon, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order. The Writ petition being WPA 17289 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
