Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that there has been continuous interference with the peaceful enjoyment of the property by the respondent nos. 5 to 13. Petitioner claims that there is a decree in his favour and in spite of the same the private respondents have been interfering. State has submitted a report. Report reflects that police authorities have drawn up proceedings under Section 126 of the BNSS to maintain peace and tranquility and a sharp vigil has been kept by the police authorities to award any untoward incident.

Learned advocate for the respondent nos. 5, 6, 8 and 9 denies and dispute the contention advanced by the petitioner and additionally submits that the petitioner by

using the law is trying to create dominion over the property.

Learned advocate for the respondent no. 11 also denies and dispute the contention and submits that since no affidavit have been called for, the accusations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Since the police authorities are well aware regarding the nature of the dispute which it is claimed to be over a piece of land and a dispute between the petitioner and their relations, I am of the view that the police authorities would continue their surveillance and take steps in case there is any violation of law and order. With the aforesaid observations WPA 17285 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the respective parties.
