Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the private respondents who happen to be the relations of the petitioner has been trying to interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of petitioner's life. To that extent initially a case was registered being Amdanga PS Case No. 96/2025. On conclusion of investigation charge sheet was also submitted. Subsequently, there has been issues because of disturbance to the petitioner for which information was sent to the police authorities and on receipt of such information police authorities drew up proceedings under section 126 of the BNS on or about 25.07.2025.

Since police authorities have already drawn up proceedings, I direct that the police authorities

would continue their surveillance and ensure that no further breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 17295 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
