The petitioner complains that the order dated 16th June, 2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court (Shampa Sarkar, J.) has been violated by the private respondent.

In these circumstances, this Court is of the view that the petitioner should approach the Coordinate Bench in an application under the Contempt of Court Act, 1971.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

5.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
