Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made a representation before the Officer-in-Charge, Haridevpur Police Station, Haridevpur, Kolkata on 18.06.2024 but such complaint/representation has not been considered by the respondent no.3, the Officer-in-Charge, Haridevpur Police Station, Haridevpur, Kolkata.

No one appears for the State.

Learned counsel appearing for the private respondents submits that they are the owner of the property in question and the petitioner is merely a trespasser.

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The representation/complaint made by the petitioner on 18.06.2024 and pending till date to be considered by the respondent no.3, the Officer-in-Charge,

Haridevpur Police Station, Haridevpur, Kolkata at an earliest.

The Writ Petition being WPA 18174 of 2024 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

As the writ petition has been disposed of without calling for affidavits, the allegations made in the same against the respondents shall be deemed to have been denied.
