1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. Considering the statement recorded in the F.I.R and disclosed the involvement of the petitioner in the commission of the alleged offence and having regard to the fact that the petitioner sustained injury which has resulted in amputation of the left hand thumb, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

4. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
