Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary. He submits that the petitioner was forging the signature and the logo of the Gram Pradhan.

Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the nature of the offences and the complicity of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM 7593 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed.
