The contempt application has arisen out of the order passed by this Court on 14th September, 2022. The learned advocate representing the applicant submits that the directions contained in order dated 14th September, 2022 till date has not been complied with.

Learned advocate for the applicant is directed to serve notice upon the alleged contemnors enclosing copy of the order passed by this Court today and the copy of the contempt application by 17th November, 2023 and file affidavit of service on the adjourned date.

List the contempt application under the same heading on 24th November, 2023.

However, pendency of this contempt application shall not preclude the alleged contemnors from complying with the order passed by this Court.
