2. From the record, it appears that on 16.10.2015 a Co-ordinate Bench passed an order staying the execution of warrant issued in connection with Misc. Execution Case No. 98 of 2013 pending before the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Suri for four weeks on condition to deposit Rs.15233/- before the Trial Court within two weeks. Since then neither petitioner appears before this Court, nor compliance of order dated 16.10.2015 was ever shown to this Court.

3. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

4. Pending application, if any, also stands dismissed for default.

5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

6. Department is directed to communicate this order to the learned Trial Court.
