The State of West Bengal & Anr.

1. This revisional has been pending since 2015 involving an Execution Case under Section 125(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure where warrant was issued against the petitioner. Stay was granted, extended and lastly on 16.10.2015. Petitioner was directed to deposit Rs.77,000/- before the Trial Court within two weeks after expiry of the Puja Vacation. From then on none appears on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Pending application, if any, also stands dismissed for default.

4. Interim stay, if there be any, stands vacated.

5. Department is directed to communicate this order to the learned Trial Court.
