The present revision of the year 2019 is for quashing of the proceeding being CGR No.517/18 pending before the court of the learned CJM at Alipore, South 24 Parganas arising out of Kalighat P.S Case No.22/2018 dated 05.02.2018 under Sections 498/406 of the IPC and Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. As none appears for the petitioners in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
