The present revision of the year 2019 is for quashing of the proceeding of Kulti Police Station Case No.430 of 2018 dated 02.11.2018 corresponding to G.R No.2189/18 under Sections 498A/323/325/347/406/506/34 of the IPC pending before the learned CJM, Paschim Bardhaman.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the State to inform the status of this case to the concerned authority.
